New business with customers - 25-02-2005, 02:24 PM

Hi all

On April the 6th my new company will start - i'm breaking from my current employer and we have agreed that the current business has gone two ways - his and mine, so we've agreed that my clients can go with me (cool huh!)

Anyway I'm struggling to write (or even start) a plan, I've checked out all your samples and can't find anything near what I'm doing (IT/Network Support and software development)

I am interested in purchasing your software but am weary of it for some reason - even though you have many great customer comments.

I do not need funding, i just need a plan to apply for the subsidised office space that we want due to it's location and the fact that we will be taking care of the network in the building.

so my question is - have I missed a template plan? if so where is it so I can buy it and be on my way!

regards

RevDarkman

Hi Rev and welcome aboard

I would be very interested in understanding why you are wary of the s/ware

I would recommend you have a look at http://www.teneric.co.uk/business-plan-template.html

It certainly has everything you need for your plan

All the best
Peter

hehe well I just wasted a couple of hours on your site reading the forums! Lots of useful info I have to admit!

I read somewhere that with your software I could be done in a few hours - I got nothing on today and would really like to have a plan at least setout by the end of the day (well 9pm ish so i can relax with a JD!)

So how confident are you in your templates? Worth my thirty quid?

Depends on how much information you have at hand really

If you have it all but need to tailor into a specific format - 60 minutes

If, like most people, you have a lot but need to enhance your plan and really develop your finances - if you have nothing on now, then you'll be OK.
