I'm planning to open a recruiting agency and i need information on how to start this specific business and how to write a business plan for the recruiting agency ?

I'm not quite sure where you're from, some countries (maybe all of them) require you to register and have a license to become a recruiting agency. In terms of the business plan, sorry i'm not good in it, but you can check out this website www.entrepreneur.com (u.s. system) or www.bytestart.co.uk (u.k. system). Regardless of where you want to start your business, at least you have an idea what topics you need to tackle. Hope this helps.

What type of recruitment company are you planning to setup?. I am interested in someone running the ground level operations while I provide the leads. Where are you located?.

I'm located in Jordan and the recruiting agency will be specified in linking the companies with the specialized candidates in the fields on Engineering , HR, admin, IT, Accounting and I'm also searching for well known recruiting agencies that is interested in opening a branch in the middle east
