It's a plan for YOU - 11-05-2004, 05:45 PM

Yep - following on from Peter's list in the planning section a plan is really for you and you alone.

If you're writing it for someone else you'll lose sight of why you are developing your business.

It really is an eye opening experience and you'll find more opportunities if you do everything right.

Planning is a science, not an art - follow the process and you'll be OK

When's the next tip Peter ?

James

Although if it's for your bank you need to ensure that the finances are geared up for it ?

Thanks for those. It really does matter that you prepare it for yourself first
