I am trying to write a business plan for a taxi service that will include becoming the sole importer/distribtor of the car. Has anyone got a templete that would help as I am finding this really confusing

Whatever you choose make sure that it is backed up by a credible cashflow forecast. Banks and potential investors need to know that any venture put before them can survive the next two years at least without running out of any cash that they might be inclined to put up.
