Why have a business plan ? - 11-05-2004, 02:10 PM

The number one reason to write a plan is for YOU.

It will show you how to develop everything and you'll learn so much about your business, competitors and customers.

Ultimately though you will be developing it to either get new funding or to show to others.

But remember the first point !

Yes, this is true.

I put together a plan not so long ago and found out more than I had bargained for.

Glad I did it !

I think you are right but the banks will demand excellent financials so just ensure this are correct and in their format as well.

Good job on the forum - at last !
