Smile Book Keeping for the busy entrepreneurs - 08-08-2007, 11:30 PM

Hello busy entrepreneurs,

NOTE FOR MODERATOR - I HAVE JUST THIS MINUTE PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION!!

My name is Tayo Richards and I run admin2day. Our focus is providing business support tailored for small businesses.

One of our more popular services is book keeping and we focus specifically on people in the trades like builders, driving instructors, hair dressers etc. We have found that these people tend to spend a majority of their time delivering the service themselves and have little or no time (or the inclination) to do their books.

And because of the nature of the job ie needing access to your receipts, accounts etc we cover just the London area.

Although not the most liked areas of business, having access to a concise set of figures (at all times) can help you help you with the most challenging of business questions, such as:

1. Is my business growing, in the same position or declining?
2. Should I get that bigger premises that I have been looking at?
3. I want to go on to something else, how much can I sell the business for?
4. Can I increase the salary I pay myself?
5. Am I in the position to negotiate discounts with this supplier?
6. Is the business ready for expansion?
7. I need some investment, what state is the business in?

and many more…

As a result we provide the following:

1. Logging your expenses and income
2. Producing (agreed) periodic reports (we recommend at least bi-weekly)
3. Liaising with your accountant
4. Credit control
5. Invoicing
6. Supplier contracts
7. Self employed returns
8. Year end accounts
9. VAT returns

The package we use is a secure online package, designed for small business by a small business. This means that you can log in and create reports at any time, once we have inputted the data. And once we have brought your accounts up to date, you can even generate your invoicing or we can if you detest invoicing as well!

We currently have three set packages which you will find in the attachment. If your needs are different we are quite confident that we can work something out for you.

So, for an initial no obligation chat drop us a line at tayo@admin2day.co.uk and because we are at the computer most of the day, it will be sooner than you think!!

All the best,

Tayo Richards
