Some people made complaints on the forums about a certain company - that company declared the posts defamatory and their solicitors demanded the posts removed. Fine - posts removed.

However, now that company is demanding any info we hold on those customers who complained - so that they can sue them.

I've told them via my solicitors that they'll need to apply for a court order before we release any info we hold on the forum members - but even doing that is proving expensive, and thier solicitor seems an aggressive little puppy eager to get his teeth into something to prove himself.
