Citizens advice is free too, great if you have no dosh? Usually find them in Yellow Pages.

I agree, citizens advice can be good for some legal issues. The fact that there are over 70,000 solicitors practising in england and wales makes me think they might not have all the bases covered though.
btw, I thought this was supposed to be a supportive forum for small businesses rather than one where members make silly comments aimed at undermining each other??

Sorry Adrian, i'm having a slack day..lol
I'd been reading a post about legal advice and read this and I think I was drifting a bit, not had much sleep last night. I thought adding on to your post to help others, not to be daft. I'm usually more alert and I wasn't trying to be rude at all. I am really sorry. Jayne

Thanks for the repost - I got a bit uppity too quick - apologies. I accept your apology if you accept mine. I am a qualified solicitor but chose to get out of the whole solicitor racket. I provide the same service but at about a quarter of the price. It isn't fair for businesses to have to pay such high fees for legal help. I am trying in my own small way to make things a little easier...(how noble!) I look forward to our paths crossing on here again. Kind regards Adrian
