Looking for a small group of VAs

Hello peeps

I am expanding MK Printing and next year I will need to outsource a lot of work. I am looking for a small team of VAs rather than just the one so I know that the phone will be answered and if 1 person is sick my business will not cease to trade.

What I will require is the following;
Call answering/customer service
Email answering and replying
Supplying quotes
Give limited technical design help (fully supplied info)
Chasing up on quotes/leads
Entering data into my systems and data bases
Sending out samples via post
Taking orders over the phone
Liaising with the design manager to organise design work
Possible book keeping work, paying bills, contractors, raising invoices etc
Help with marketing strategies

All of the above will be in systemised form and I will explain exactly how to do each and everything and provide full flowcharts, manuals and prepared answers. I will also listen to your feedback in how the systems can be improved.

I am ideally looking for a team of 3 – 5, so everyone can be trained in how the operations work so if someone goes off sick or leaves etc, then my business will still function seamlessly.
