Where in Spain is this wonderful opportunity? Most people know that Spain is full of unsold newly built apartments and houses. It has been like that for some time. Your dubious post alone here suggests how desperate things are in Spain.

You are asking people to invest a lot of money using the equity in their houses but have failed to highlight the risks associated with it which I find unethical.

I request forum members to do their due diligence before investing in Spanish property. Just ask yourself the question, if property market is so hot in Spain why would a major housebuilder like Polaris World would advertise their apartments on prime time tv (costing a lot of money) here?
