Hmmm $13,000 dollars for a website? Whats the current turnover, GP and # of customers, all important factors not being mentioned, being a pessimist (or a realist as I prefer) I would make an educated guess and say it has got no or very few paying customers.

The domain has only been registered for 3 months and it has a PR of 0 - I know PR doesn't mean much these days but anyone thinking of buying should be aware that they are buying a NEWLY BUILT website and not an established one... Expect to spend the asking price again on advertising and promotion!

Yep exactly Tony, theres 100s of these for sale on ebay, the bottom line is if it was viable the guy would be making a go of it, not trying to sell it for some completely made up pie in the sky asking price, and I thought people selling businesses on businessesforsale.com were dreaming!
