Have you thought about whether you will be a sole-trader, partnership or form a company? Are you trying to work out the advantages and disadvantages of each for your situation?

Are you wondering what the legal requirements are? Tax, National Insurance Class 2 and 4 or 1?, Corporation Tax, Registering for self-employment, Business Names Act, Companies Acts…?

Would you like to create a cash flow forecast, profit & loss account or balance sheet?

Do you need a professional business address, telephone number, website and e-mail account?

Do you need a company logo, professional stationary and business cards?

Thinking of employing staff? Wondering how Payroll, Tax, NI, sick pay, holiday pay, legal requirements and obligations work?

Do you wish all of this was taken care of so you could get on with actually get on with trading, but you don’t want to pay outrageous fees for someone else to do it?

These are just some questions that spring to mind when planning to undertake to task of starting and running a business. We can help with these and more…

We offer a full business support service (in the UK) from initially forming a business, to full background support.

Hi Ian

Thanks for your response. Yes, I do run a recruitment company, and it was all the research in forming and running this company which has given us general all-round knowledge in forming and running a business. It is for this reason that we have decided to offer a business support service which would help with all the points and more that I mentioned above. I cannot take the place of a qualified solicitor or accountant where complex financial / legal issues need to be considered, but I can help form a business / company and provide backup support.

Regards

Andy

Hi garyk

I do not claim to know everything? I'm not sure what you base that statement on?

I claim to be able to help with the points mentioned above.
