Also, the people who created the web site are also bidders. Is that not a conflict of intrest. Do they pay to bid ?. If they created the site they would be able to see the private bid amounts !

Hi thank you for your interest.
The Carrington Blake Group created
www.contractsandservices.com because it saw a gap in the market for the procurement of services that businesses require. Let me explain how we work, businesses are allowed to post their projects for free, services providers are allowed to register on the site for free and browse projects. In addition they can ask questions about the details of the projects before they bid. It costs £20 to bid for a project regardless of the budget of the project. - it's a flat fee. If the project owner does not accept ANY of the bids that have been offered then the bid is credited back to your account so that you can use it on another project.
The site is designed to add value in several ways.
1) It helps business find new contracts saving time and money.
2) Allows business to find services providers that can compete for their work
3) Clients can find businesses directly using the Service Provider directory
4) Money spent marketing and advertising is significantly reduced. We do all of that for you leaving you to concerntrate on what you do best.
The Carrington Blake Group has its own ICT division and works with a wide range of service providers to deliver projects. The contracts and services rules of apply to ALL users - there are not exceptions. The csadmin team and the project owner are the only people that can see you bid details if project has closed bidding. The csadmin team is there to make sure that the bidding process is a fair one and presents a level playing field for all.
Please let me know if the project does interest you. You may find it useful to register on the site so that you can receive free email notifications of new projects posted.
Thank you.
