Hi there - have purchased your software for last 3 years. When I came to do Jun I notice the tab at the bottom said Jul10 and what should have been Jul said Jun10. I swapped them round but of course when I then came to put figures into Jul, it was picking up the May bank balance. I have managed to swap everything back and rename the tab. However, all the formulas were also missing from the Jul sheets. I believe I have corrected this now by copying the formulas across but would it be possible to check the Master Sheets in readiness for next year please. Also is this going to cause any problems when I update the Financial Accounts section? Many thanks

You're right!

The sheet still have the correct date ranges but they are ordered incorrectly.

The best think to have done would be to re-order the sheets without renaming the tabs. If you've swapped them round by renaming them the links will have got confused.

I'll correct the master copy and email you a fresh version. Can I refund your purchase this year as a good will guesture for bringing this to our attention? - Could you email terrycartwright@hotmail.com using the email you used for the original purchase so we can find you on the system and process a refund.

Thanks,

Antony.

That would be great - does that mean I will need to copy everything over from my sheets I have already done? What I mean is, will I have to copy over from April onwards? The bonus of a refund is very kind of you - thank you. I look forward to receiving the email replacements. I think it only affects the BANK copies, so please just forward those to me. Let me know if you don't have my email to hand and thanks for such a prompt reply. As always DIY Accounting are the best!

It could be just the bank sheet that would need to be replaced.

If other sheers were open when the bank sheet's tabs were renamed they would have picked up the change. I'll send a the full new version out to you. Could you email us so we have your address (I can't match you from the forum name on here).

Any new customers reading this post will find the updated self employed package on the site now. Any existing customers making use of the Self Employed package's Bank050411.xls file can email terrycartwright@hotmail.com with your PayPal receipt for an updatre

Thanks,

Antony.
