I am in the process of establishing a business in Southeast Alaska near Glacier Bay National Park. The business will be a luxury resort log lodge with a full-service restaurant and spa. After conducting industry research and actaully working 5 years in a lodge, this is a business that will provide substantial profits within a short amount of time. I have contacted a log home manufacturing company who stated that they could build and ship the lodge to it's location for roughly $1,000,000. I am seeking funds of $1,200,000 USD to construct and furnish the lodge as well as have operating capital to help us during our first year of business. I have a completed business plan that covers all aspects of the business including marketing, finances, management, etc. as well as a Powerpoint presentation with pictures of the location, floor plan of the lodge, and activities that are available to prospective tourists. If you are interested, please contact me and I would be happy to provide you with further details. I am also willing to pay interest and equity on the initial investment. Thank you.
