Hi, my partner and I have run a successful bathroom design, supply and installation business for the past five years. We are approved by Trading Standards, work to the highest standards and have many very satisfied customers. We also design, build, supply and install ensuite/small space bathrooms anywhere in the home - something that is quite difficult to find. However, due to not reaching higher worth customers our profits are reducing, we are stuck and see no way out. We would like to develop the new build of ensuites/small space bathrooms and become more well known but to do this requires investment that we do not have.
Even though we tend to be booked three months in advance and have many repeat customers we don't seem to be making any money. We are taking less and less out of the business as wages and are finding things difficult.
If anyone can help with investment and advice we would be happy to hand over a percentage of the business.
My partner currently does the majority of the work and uses a self employed plasterer and electrician. What needs to happen is that he runs the business rather than does all of the work but we cannot seem to take this step.
Please help!
