Buying a going concern
25-08-2008, 02:06 PM
  #1

Hi all
I may want to invest and buy a business as a going concern.
Cost to me will be £17000.
How do I enter this amount into my accounts when I start trading?
How do I show that figure on my end of year tax return self assessment?
How do I take back the money out of the business (either in whole or in part)once the business becomes profitable?
So many questions......
Regds
Andy
