Card Machines

Hi All

I'm new to this forum and don't know if anyone can help me on this one but it's worth asking since i'm not getting any help from anyone else!

The story is i was going to buy an existing business this all fell through but i had already gone through the process of setting up with a card machine provider (credit/debit card machine thing) this was accepted and everything was fine until i informed them that the deal had fallen through but i was planning on opening my own shop, i asked if it was just a case of changing the details, as the name of the business had changed as well as the address, they said i would have to apply for a new account, so i did (this was through card save) i opened a week ago today and i still don't have a card machine, i discovered yesterday morning there was a problem with me getting an account they said they couldn't discuss it with me and i should contact my business bank account manager, which i did (natwest and the credit card machine is under written by them!) Now i know my credit file isn't to good i have one outstanding default on my name and 3 others although they are all settled, the annoying things is that they accepted me in April!

So does anyone know of anywhere that will give people one of these stupid machines, i am willing to pay for the privillage to have one (which i was going to with them) It's streamline who i'm currently arguing with if this makes any difference. I've already lost £800 worth of sales after following someones advice about doing the card payments old style and then entering them manually once i get a machine, but now i don't even know if i get a machine! It's annoying and upsetting as you can't opperate a shoe shop with out this facility really! I've already had a few people complaining.

Any advice or help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated!

I use their mobile solution and have problems too, your business manager should be the first point of contact, threaten to move accounts if it's not sorted within 48hrs
