As most of you know by now we run a site for UK and foreign property investors. Our finance division emailed us this morning with news of a limited funding deal for property investors. The lender is offering funds at 3.95% fixed until 2007. They are lending a decent LTV as well - anything up to 85% of the property value. We have no further details as to 'overhang', fee's etc but if you want further details, please register your details and we will get one of the advisors to contact you.

I realise that this forum has been set up to assist business startups. So if you're starting up, have a property that has equity, some assistance as to where to obtain that start-up capital at a decent rate might be appreciated by some. Particulary if the rate is fixed for long enough for the new business to become established with no fear of an increase in the cost of servicing its borrowings.
