Our parent company is a group of 24 high networth individuals that have pooled their money and together enjoy about $400 million dollars in US assets. They hand pick the projects they wish to invest their money in and when a project is passed over by our inside group, we syndicate those loans request with the lenders with which we have developed relationship with over the past 12 years.

BFN was created to meet a market of consumers that found that they were not having success on their own finding funding for their projects and that felt they were running out of reasonable options. We do first let our private group of 24 consider the projects, but more often than not they will get funded by our outside group that is not directly associated with BCE and BFN.

Our clients will fill out a form that is much like a summarized executive summary, it highlights the key points of the project and we upload it to our listing board, where the investors will review projects. We can also upload any documentation that supports the clients funding request, such as business plans or financial projections or principals backgrounds. When an investor sees a project that they are interested in they contact the client directly.

We are in the business of connect funding requests with real lenders, we can even provide the list of lenders to the client, so they can see who is viewing their project.
