I am offering the rights to use my business model, and to train peoplefor a one off fee, and I want to post my link. Is that a problem?

Well I'm new here and I'm still getting the feel of this forum, but there is a "Buy Sell & Trade" section here. Why not read the advice in the stickies and have a go....

Good luck!
Ender.

Some forums consider anything that is deemed "self promotion" to be spam.
I would say that this forum is one of those places.
However once you have contributed enough (30 posts I think) you can have a signature which can say...

Free business training blah blah
yourwebsitehere.com

Blatantly posting all about your business generally does you no favours amongst the forum community in general anyway, we prefer to see contributors and think "hey, he seems pretty knowledgeable, I will check out his site"

James.
