1st of all we are based in the United States and we can do funding internationally but it depends on funding request. because of what we do, we are able to help many types of businesses with these particular needs:

* Provide leasing solution for customers of a Manufacturer that sell and distribute Equipment and machinery ranging from $500 thru millions of dollars.

* SBA Loans up to $7.5 million

* Factoring of accounts receivable for products or services that have already been delivered, but still waiting 30,60 or 90 days to collected on invoices.
Factoring can Provide immediate cash flow within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.

Sir, we are a group of Singaporeans based in China (over 4 years) undertaking Internet Cafe setup and operations.

We seek funding of USD 20,000 (secured by the proposed business itself - we have no other collaterals) for a proposed Internet Business Lounge to be setup in China, in the form of loans or partnership or investor.
