distributor contract needed

Hi there,

Hope this isn't too OT, this seemed to be the most relevant forum for this.

I am looking for any contact details of a specialist or experienced person in drafting up legal agreements between a supplier (myself) and a distributor.

I have a distributor very interested in my products who has asked for my T&C's, costs etc and I need someone to assist me in creating good watertight documents with their experience and common sense. It is totally new to me so all advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't even really know what all has to be covered as standard in one of these and essentially what the distributor expects to be in it.

Time is also of the essence (isn't it always !)
