don't know where to go from here

I have been running Pampered for around 18 months. I have a ton of ideas on how to make the business succeed and grow.

I have a small shop, an ebay store, run out of shop stalls, party plan and a website all of the branches of the business provide an income but none are consistant and the problem is that I'm just keeping my head above water. I can see by my figures that the business is slowly growing but Its not growing quickly enough for me. All my assets are tied up and it runs on a hand to mouth basis. I know the potential is there for things to be very good, and I have a business plan made up when it reaches the next stage, I just think that I might be retired before it gets to that point.


I would be happy to involve a partner, but don't really know how to go about that with out approaching expensive business angel networks any suggestions would be appreciated

Couple of options to explore.

Invite a mentor from your local business link to give your business a once over and they should be able to help you see the best way to take the business forward. The service should be free.
