The whole process sounds like a nightmare, it's something that should be straightforward. Bottom line here is banks don't really want to comply with it do they?

This inflexibility harms the UK economy and therefore affects all of us, that's why the scheme was setup in the first place!

This re-affirms the strategy that you are better to raise initial capital by small low value sales revenue than through borrowing. Ironically banks actually loose interest payments as a result.
