Finance for My customers -
24-02-2008, 12:28 AM
Hello Everyone,
I am an entreprenuer and have a created a need based service targeting African Immigrants looking to build homes back in their native country. I have made all the property development arrangements from Architects to builders, land acquisition, government red tapes, attorneys etc all in the native countries targeted.. I am seriously looking to find a way to provide at least £15,000 -£25,000 in upfront financing for the would-be buyers. This will help close my sales quickly. I am hoping that this will be considered an unsecured loan of some sort. Please I would like to get some directions on how best to go about setting this in-house financing thing off and do so pretty quickly and would be very open to work with someone off this awesome forum. The market size is pretty good and I have all the marketing tactics and plans in the bag along with an awesome corporate identity. I look forward to hearing from you.. Thank you so much! |

Hi Charles,
What security would be provided for the finance, in the UK it would be difficult for an african immigrant to get finance at all, without a right to reside, but overseas, i'm not sure? What about the native countries banks? |
