Finance needed for island with huge potential

I am looking for $7,000,000 to buy a huge 75,000 acre island. I have a vision of what this island could be like which I think would be very good. I have a vision of turning it into a futuristic place to live, work and hoilday and on top of all that I think over time it would be a big earner and a great new nation.

I cant put money up myself as I am 17. I do not have any investors yet and the time frame would be to start work as soon as I buy the island. I hope this has not turned anyone of this venture.

Did you really expect to find a potential investor here? In any case, what is to prevent me from cutting you out of the picture and buying the island myself - it only took a few seconds to identify any number of suitable islands that are up for sale.
