i need a finance please

First of all I want to tell you that Egypt is a very big market for every product, cheap labors, and good money as well. so, now I have a piece of land (1112.5) meter square ,the land is very near to the harbor , and I have a project and I want a finance to build it up , the project is for manufacturing spare parts of cars and engines i have a wide history in this field as I have now a small workshop for making those parts but I can't make a large amount of it , so I need a finance from a business man from any country , and also he can be a partner with me , he will share 49% of the project . One word of caution, AVOID AT ALL COSTS those so-called VCs. They are blood suckers and they demand huge EQUITY in exchange for their investing, IF they ever do.

You have funding sources very near to your own country. Try to find investors from Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Qatar, Oman or Kuwait. They speak your own language, understand your culture and way of doing business.

I have stayed in Abu Dhabi for over 25 years and I am sure you can successfully raise funds there.
