can you set up a limited company with just you owning 100% of the shares? as i have been told you need more than one person and you cant have 100% of the shares in a limited company. thanks

Yes you can be the sole shareholder of a private limited company

Hi,
you require two people to form a limited company those are

1. Director
1. Secretary

However you can be sole shareholder giving you 100% control / Ownership
