limited company with no trading addresses

Hi All,

I hope you can help me because I live abroad and calling the HMRC is a total nightmare because they keep forwarding me to someone else and it cost me a bomb everytime.

I have a very important question,

I have built a website in England, I have registered it as a uk BUSINESS, Now for personal reasons, I had to move to Malta.
My website is registered as a limited company in UK, I am also V.A.T registered(voluntary registration), the problem is, it is only an online business and I only sell digital products(downloads), I have no trading addresses, I only Have my accountant registered office and a PO box in Malta.
When I bill my customers online, shall I put my registered office address in UK or my Maltese PO box????
I am lost .
For all transactions which address shall I put?

Hi,
I think seeing your patrons only download your items, and they maybe pay you by paypal or that sort of payments, maybe if your selling the downloads from an on line shop it will not matter where your office is, as they wont be visiting you will they?
You could even sell downloads off a website from Mars and as long as your getting payments, and they are getting down-load without a snag then bob's your uncle yes?
