LLP balance-sheet question

Having previously been a 'standard' partnership - we recently decided to become a 'limited liability partnership' (LLP).

As a small business we don't need an audit, and only have to file an abreviated balance-sheet with Companies House - however I'm having difficulty finding examples of acceptable formats for the balance-sheet.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, or provide any advice on this, it would be very much appreciated.
