ive seen a business which is a caravan site with som static caravans and empty spaces for touring caravans and tents, the caravan site has been going for about 7 years and has good turnover it has a turnover £77500 a year which the books say are profit of £25000 after paying themselves £25000 a year now heres my question on these figures is it posible to get a loan to buy the site its up for £450000 i have £100000 to put down thats all

A good commercial mortgage broker should be able to raise a commercial mortgage for 80% of the valuation but much will depend on how closely the £450,000 purchase price will match the valuation of the "property"
