Looking for accountancy firm

Hi, my current accountants have adviced me that my business could do with going to a larger firm. We are a start up, but do business internationally.

Our expected T/O for year 1 is around £1.5M. We are also taking interests in other companies in our industry, but their accounts are not handdled by us.

can anyone recommend a suitable accountancy firm/advisor that is good value for money and that can help us with unusual merger and acquisition activity as well as international deals?
