STILAS Capital Management, is a division of an international law and economic security firm, specializing in procurement of venture capital funds and international project financing, with collateral enhancement, for projects from $3.5 M to $1.0 B. Interest rates from 0.0% - 6.5% annually.

STILAS procures and structures 100% collateral from third parties. No collateral is needed from the Client.

We work directly with funding sources. Full legal and practical support from beginning to end results. Client needs only a clearly developed business concept, the capability to implement the project, and preparedness to pay part of the preliminary expenses for preparation of the project.

A full package of professional services (business plan and legal due diligence package development according to criteria of the funding sources) is provided at a fixed cost of $54,450 (50% of market value and real expenses). If the Client has a professional package developed by a consulting firm, the package is reduced to $28,925. Fortune 500 caliber work product delivered, guaranteed. The fixed prepaid cost of expert preparation is mandatory and not subject to negotiation.

The capital procurement stage, strictly separate from preparation, is performed 100% on commission. We apply unlimited work product and resources, at our own risk, and never stop until we achieve results. Upon successful funding STILAS earns a one time commission of 4.725% from the amount of working capital received. The time frame for procurement is usually from 3 to 9 months.
