You are already in business as you have 2000 users, you know everyone needs details before they can even consider anything ,get an initial simple business plan to an angel investor co. one who doesnt charge for first stage considerations, try ukinvestmentangels.com they are completely free in first stages ( you can even dump them if things dont go as you like.
