Looking for investor

I have just started an Internet video marketing business. The idea was so good that I have already agreed an exclusive contract to supply the UK's second largest property listings company. Now I need to expand rapidly. I have some of my own funds but would like to share risks by taking on an investor. Anyone with £50k in hand would be great. But anyone with money and experience of property or video would be a bonus.

The incentive for someone to back my new venture is a quick return on investment. The long-term view is as follows:
