Looking for Private Equity Investors

Hello everyone,
I am looking for business angels and or private equity investors for my hotel chain project. I have reasonable percentage of the funding but in urgent need of balance funds, I am prepared to profit share with the right investors. There is a strategic business plan in place which reflects very attractive return-on-investment with a 3 - 7 years exit plan for stakeholders.

Any suggestions and prospective investors will be appreciated.

Do you havea website or something tangible you can show us.

You must remember that to get interest, you must place something in front of people and "grab" their attention. Just saying, this or that wont get far, but if you give people something that they can look at, research, then you will get more interest.

Some people are not interested in going through the hoops to get more information, which could be PMing you, emailing you etc, which may have a few days turn around time for information, which by then they lost interest.
