mortgage for Phuket land

Hi, i'm looking for some hint for get a mortgage for a seaview land in Phuket,Thailand that belongs to my company since 1998. The reason why i need it is that i want buy a new land in Hua Hin, and dont want sell the Phuket land because of the rapidly increasing of the value. I can't get it in Thailand because i just start working in Thailand in december 05, and the bank need a history of 2 years. Also open to sell shares from my company which only hold the land, no other business, but have the right for 2 work permits in Thailand.
