Offshore A/C HELP

Hi I need some advice on an Offshore a/c. I have a investor that wants to transfer some money to me to buy a property in Dubai.

The advice I need is if I open an offshore a/c, (the investor is in the USA) and he transfers the money into a offshore a/c. What paper work will i need to show where the money has come from and would i need to do anything else.

When i get to Dubai I will just have to write a cheque out for the property that I will be buying... but I have commission is the amount too and at some point that commission will have to come into my UK account. Please can someone advice me if I will get in trouble or what paper work i will need.

I have a contract with the investor so that is sorted.
