PayPal Problems -

Anybody use paypal? Anybody use paypal to buy and sell overseas?
There appears to be a major bug with the system that nobody at paypal seems to wants to fix. I'm wondering if there is some legal reason behind the problem rather than a code bug.

Nope - I've not seen any problems with International payments (either in or out)

Are you sure you there is a problem with the system? Did you go back over your work? I haven't had any problems either.
