In the world of factoring which is one of the few areas of commercial finance still showing significant growth there are many broking firms being set up by insolvency practitioners as they need to be able to supply leads to factoring companies in order to compete for the very lucrative insolvency work that factoring companies can generate.

There appear to be a few price comparison websites in the factoring and invoice discounting arena but in reality they are all the same company working through different website names and affiliate sites.

Whilst in the past they have broked their own leads they have now tied up with a broking firm who will be parcelling out the leads on their behalf. This broking firm is owned by a firm of insolvency practitioners so I leave it up to your imagination whether any factoring leads will be dealt with in the best interests of the prospect itself or whether they will be used as leverage to prize more insolvency work out of the factor.
