I wish you well with your potential investment(s). Absolutely no criticism implied at all, but I can't help wondering whether you might perhaps get more response by offering your (name and) email address for "preliminary enquiries", and then offering a chat on the phone with people initially, to establish some mutual credibility, rather than expecting potentially interested parties to send their business plans to a complete stranger?!
