Question on Corporation Tax - 07-07-2008, 09:37 PM

It'll be the first time for me that I'm submitting Corporation Tax. I'm a little unsure what I need to do exactly...

I've been to the HMRC website, registered my business, and been through the return. However I've not made any profit or loss since I started the business in October 2006. I've traded, but everything I've ever earned (not much) has gone towards overheads.

Does anyone know what exactly do I need to do?

Basically the HMRC website says (according to what I've inputted) that I owe them nothing in terms of tax, but at the end it's asking for accounts. It says if I have no accounts to submit, specify a reason. I take it I simply enter "not made any profits/losses"? I'm not sure...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
