I have been self employed since 20 march 2007.
I have now formed a limited company and plan to registed for PAYE. Do have I have complete a self assessment return for 2007 for the two weeks that I was self employed in 2006/07 ( I received income in those two weeks) or is it possible to include this in this years (2007/08) return.

Strictly speaking, yes you do. Assuming that you informed HMRC of your self employment they should have sent you (or will be sending you) a tax return to complete by now.
