My name is Bart and I'm looking for a STAR accountant
for my rapidly growing online business.
NOT just someone who will organize filling papers, tax returns or
bookkeeping, but a person who will partner me, grow and shine
with his advice and help from the legal side of running a business.
I want to drive fast, but need a great co-driver who can guide
me, and who race for money just as much as for fun and enjoyment
from building something that is exciting, it's bigger than ourselves and
can change the world at least a bit.
What My Business Look Like
Currently I sell virtual information products online, such as
ebooks, audio courses. I'm based in UK, but I sell everything
to one of the other countries in EU.
In November 2008 I registered as a Sole Trader and started my business
from a scratch - now my turnover has rapidly increased to ~50.000 GBP/month
with ~200 transactions/day and its going to increase even more, so I want to
form a ltd as soon as possible and find an accountant who will be my trusted
eyes on the second side of this game. I sell mainly to the private customers.
All the details about what I do, how and what I want to do I would
like to discuss privately.

transactions will increase rapidly.

What Services Do I Need
* Form a ltd company and transfer whole business to it from my
current sole trader status (immediately)
* Delegate bookkeeping and all the paper work connected with
running a ltd (I would need to have an access to the summaries
on a monthly basis)
* Ongoing CONSULTING about tax planning, business consulting
and my personal finances.
* Do a self assessment for the previous year as a sole trader (and for
this year in the next year)
How I Would Like To Cooperate With You
Currently I'm based in London so if you are based somewhere close it
would be nice, but I prefer to work and communicate remotely, so your
location doesn't really matter.

2.Are you experienced with the internet, e-commerce businesses? If yes,
who you were cooperating with before, what you were doing for them,
what they were precisely doing?
3.Could you provide any references from your other customers who are
FROM the internet business sector? If not, could you provide any other
references?
4.How many clients do you currently have?
5.How does your business operate? Are you working on your own/do you
have partners/ employees/do you outsource? If you have employees or
you outsource, how many people do you hire and who would be working
with my papers on day-to-day basis?
6.What services could you provide? Which of them are your strongest
skills, which are the weakest? Roughly, how much would you charge for
each of them and/or for all in package?
7.Would your services be proactive for me – eg will you remind me when I
need to submit accounts, will you notify me and consult about new tax
laws/changes which affects my business? If yes, exactly what types of
such proactivity could I expect from you?
8.Because we will be working remotely most of the time, which ways of
communication/data exchange would suit you the most? What about the
hours during the day/days of the week we can contact? If we would
contact through an email, what response time could I expect from you?
