I don't have a letting agency franchise but I do advise that you do your thorough research before parting with your money

Yes I bought the package deal from Southcourt for £500 it takes a lot of time to get started. So be prepared for a long wait before you get any results ie MONEY, when i say a long time i am talking probably 12 months and you will be laying out a lot of money along the way in advertising. I gave up in the end(anyone wanna buy it 2nd hand?) and concentrated on my core business which is small home collected loans. instant cash flow and low overheads, no VAT either.
