Red face
Hey everyone,

I just need some general advice regarding a business which i do which has a long future ahead of it.

As i am only 16, financing the business is a bit of a strugle, especialy now that i also have exams... So i have decided to try and find some whilling sponsors who can see the future in this business.

Unfotunately, no success. I was wondering if anoyone would have some "tips" for me...

Any ideas in which i can approach any company with a difference so that it stands out from the rest?

ANY help, advice and tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Then afterwards check out any one of my sites - say http://www.assetfinance-uk.com or http://www.tradefinance-uk.com and see if not only the naming style looks familiar but the whole site does too yet the site that Peter linked to is nothing to do with me

Ian,

It looks like an obvious copy of your other web sites especially url name and design. Don't know how to track the owner of that site as there is no address or contact telephone number. Some of the content on that site is very misleading too.

I sincerely hope the site has noting to do with Peter, who owns this forum. If it is then very few people would trust this forum in the future .

Regards,

Good luck, I wish I started looking when I was 16.

I've just sponsored a 16 year old, (its not you is it!)

I let you know how he gets on!

its probably coincedence, if peter was going to copy a website, i doubt he would post a link to it on the forum, and i doubt he would copy a site of one of the most active users in the forum, Ian has nearly 600 posts. Let's not nail peter to the cross just yet.

Sweet 16 what a wheeze!

Good luck with your venture, personally I would steer well clear of finance, if you can't afford to do it on your own don't use other peoples money. You'll do all the work and they'll reap the reward.

As for the other issue a quick look up on whois offers the following:

I trust that it is just a horrible coincidence rather than anything more sinister.
