Blogging book recommendation

Can anyone recommend a good introductory read on blogging how/why/what to take on holiday ?

Everyone seems to be on about it but everytime I have looked into it, it looks really techie and complicated.

I want to go onto amazon/ebay and pick up a second hand one for a couple of quid and take it on holiday where I am unlikely to have web access (and thus be tempted to play about)

Most of the books either have 5 stars and/or 1.

Maybe should have said that I know the basics but am after a read to get into how to turn it into marketing leverage

check that out when you have a spare minute. A great blogging site with lots of free info. I know its not the same as a book and you cant take it on hoiday but I hope it helps.
