Question Director's Remuneration Disclosure - 10-11-2006, 10:48 AM

Hi

I have heard rumours that the Director's Remuneration Disclosure requirements (in the report and accounts) are changing. To what extent? Does this mean for a small non-quoted private limited company that this disclosure is not needed in the notes to the accounts, or have the exact requirements just been changed slightly.

I know for a non-quoted company, a full director's remuneration report is not required, but what is required (if anything) for a non-quoted company.

Any help, including any references to any relevant legislation would be really gratefully received!
