Hello

I have been looking up all kinds of laws the over the past couple of days(and print outs)

I signed up for home learning college (got well ripped off) and was completely mislead over it.

What I want to know is, would this be classed as distance selling or not?

What happened was, that I got a flyer through the post, and sent it away and a couple of week later a woman came to my door and went through everything with me price etc (apart from the cooling off period) filled out all the paper work and she came back to my house a couple of days later with my book etc.

So in the eyes of the law (in Scotland) would this be classed as distance selling or not?

thanks
